About the Job
We are seeking experienced and responsive technical support specialists ready to assist and provide for our innovative Web3-related projects. If you possess technical knowledge and enthusiasm for working in the field of new technologies and blockchain, then we’re looking for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
•Providing technical support and consultation to our users, as well as addressing their inquiries in the realm of Web3.
•Working closely with the development team to ensure seamless product operation and integrations.
•Tracking and analyzing emerging issues, generating reports, and offering suggestions for process enhancement.
What We’re Looking For:
•Experience in technical support or related domains.
•Understanding of Web3 and blockchain principles.
•Knowledge of key Web3-related technologies and programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, Ethereum.
•Experience with monitoring and analysis tools, along with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
